立管在位状态下立管卡子创新设计

Innovative Design of Riser Clamp under the Condition of Riser in Place

摘要 文章以渤海某油田海底管道新铺工程立管和立管卡子海上安装为例,针对立管卡子布置后轴心方向投影开口不足,如按照常规卡子设计无法进行立管安装的问题,创新设计了分体式立管卡子方案,该方案突破了常规立管卡子设计的限制,可实现立管侧卡子任意方向旋转,以及垂直立管方向伸缩,并能在立管在位状态下进行卡子的分块安装,在最终的实践验证了该种设计方案水下安装的便捷性。 Taking the offshore installation of riser and riser clamp in a new submarine pipeline laying project in Bohai oilf ield as an example,aiming at the problem that the projection opening in the axial direction is insuff icient after the riser clamp is arranged,such as the riser installation cannot be carried out according to the conventional clamp design,the split riser clamp scheme is innovatively designed,which breaks through the limitation of the conventional riser clamp design,and can realize the rotation of the riser side clamp in any direction In addition,the clamp can be installed in blocks when the riser is in place.In the f inal practice,the convenience of underwater installation of this design scheme is verif ied.
