摘要
天然气输气站设备种类繁多,很多电器仪表设备需要定期拆卸之后进行离线检定,送检仪表的线缆接头长期裸露在外,容易造成接线的锈蚀和老化,引起设备的短路和损坏。且现有的线缆接头保护盒并无法完全与设备仪表接口相匹配,实现更好的保护效果。Solidworks软件作为一个全参数化的特征造型软件,可以很好地实现复杂三维零件实体的造型设计,而且其生成的工程图纸可以直接应用于3D打印设备。在此基础上,可以实现运用3D打印技术制作完全匹配仪表的线缆接头保护盒,且接线头保护盒内置端子排和干燥剂放置空间,可以避免仪表接头的短接并且大大降低设备仪表接线头的锈蚀和老化率。
There are many kinds of equipment in natural gas transmission station.Many electrical instruments and equipment need to be disassembled regularly for off-line verif ication.The cable connector of the instrument sent for verif ication will be exposed for a long time,which is easy to cause rust and aging of wiring,and cause short circuit and damage of equipment.And the existing cable connector protection device cannot full match with the instrument interface to achieve better protection effect.Solidworks,as a fully parametric feature modeling software,can commendably realize the modeling design of complex 3D components,and the engineering drawings generated by Solidworks can be directly applied to 3D printing equipment.Based on these,3D printing technology can be used to make the cable connector protection box that fully matches the instrument.And the terminal strip and space for desiccant can be designed in the terminal protection box,which can avoid the short circuit of cabel connector and greatly reduce the rust and aging rate of cabel connector.
