摘要
文章以某连续重整装置为例,通过试验的方式,对该装置反应温降下降的原因进行分析,分析结果表明,导致该装置反应温降下降的原因为挡水板结构设计缺陷,针对问题成因,探索解决问题的对策。主要研究内容包括导致反应温降下降的因素、连续重整装置反应温降下降实例分析和控制连续重整装置反应温降下降的其他措施。
Taking a continuous reforming unit as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for the decrease of reaction temperature drop of the unit by means of test.The analysis results show that the reason for the decrease of reaction temperature drop of the unit is the defect of water baffle structure design.Aiming at the causes of the problem,this paper explores the countermeasures to solve the problem.The main research contents include the factors leading to the decrease of reaction temperature drop,case analysis of the decrease of reaction temperature drop in continuous reforming unit and other measures to control the decrease of reaction temperature drop in continuous reforming unit.
