文章从工艺的实际需求出发,通过对成套布袋除尘器原理的深入了解,尤其是对其主要的控制单元—时序脉冲控制器的研究,实现气锤的定时循环控制,解决工艺现场粉体料仓气锤频繁操作,操作不方便的痛点,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。

This paper starts from the actual needs of the process,through the in-depth understanding of the principle of the complete set of bag f ilter,especially the research of its main control unit-timing pulse controller,realizes the timing cycle control of the air hammer,solves the pain points of frequent operation and inconvenient operation of the air hammer in the powder silo on the process site,reduces the labor intensity and improves the work eff iciency.
