摘要 化工工艺是将化学原料加工生产为化学产品的过程,此过程中会涉及较多的专业知识,若是在设计阶段存在误差极易引发严重的安全事故。因此,必须在设计阶段便针对一些常见问题做好设计工作,同时加大各种风险的识别与控制工作,充分确保后续化工工艺生产工作的安全性与有效性。文章先对化工工艺设计特征及风险控制的重要性作简要分析,进而从化工物料、化工设备、化工工艺路线及管道安全四个方面分析论述化工工艺设计中的安全风险,最后提出这四点安全风险的应对措施。 Chemical process is the process of processing and producing chemical raw materials into chemical products.This process will involve more professional knowledge.If there are errors in the design stage,it is easy to cause serious safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the design stage in view of some common problems,and at the same time increase the identif ication and control of various risks to fully ensure the safety and effectiveness of subsequent chemical process production work.In this paper,the characteristics of chemical process design and the importance of risk control are briefly analyzed,and then the safety risks in chemical process design are analyzed and discussed from the four aspects of chemical materials,chemical equipment,chemical process route and pipeline safety,and f inally the countermeasures of these four safety risks are proposed.
