延川南煤层气井举升工艺优化应用

摘要 延川南煤层气田自从投入商业开发以来,煤粉卡泵成为检泵主要原因之一,采气时率一直得不到有效提升,成为困扰气田稳产的一个难题。在气田开发过程中,也尝试应用了多种针对性工艺措施,在部分井效果较好,现就几种防治工艺进行比对分析,并提出改进意见,使之更加适用于气田开发,提高免修期,延长生产时率,夯实煤层气稳产基础。 Since the Yanchuan South CBM f ield was put into commercial development,the pulverized coal stuck pump has become one of the main reasons for pump inspection,and the gas production time rate has not been effectively improved,which has become a problem that plagues the stable production of the gas f ield.In the process of gas f ield development,we have also tried to apply a variety of targeted technological measures,and the results are better in some wells.Now we compare and analyze several control technologies and put forward suggestions for improvement to make them more suitable for gas f ield development and increase maintenance-free period,extend the production time rate,consolidate the basis for stable production of coalbed methane.
