江西赣州地区天然气长输管道建设质量控制方法

Quality Control Method of Long Distance Natural Gas Pipeline Construction in Ganzhou Area of Jiangxi

中国自1978年开始推行全面质量管理,取得了一定成效,但相较于发达国家还存在一定的差距,尤其是天然气长输管道工程质量管理水平亟待提升。文章以江西省天然气管网赣州地区工程为例,分析了该项目长输管道质量的影响因素,介绍了工程质量管理方法在实践中的具体应用和长输管道工程质量管理的部分经验,为具体研究提升工程质量管理水平提供途径和方法。

China has implemented total quality management since 1978 and made achievement,however,the gaps are between our country and developed countries,especially the quality management level of long-distance natural gas pipeline project needs to be improved.Taking the project of natural gas pipeline network in Ganzhou area of Jiangxi province as an example,this paper introduces the influencing factors in long-distance natural gas pipeline,the concrete applications of engineering quality management methods in practice and some experiences of quality management of long-distance pipeline project,that provides the approaches to improving the quality management level of the project.
