肝硬化患者不确定感对自我管理行为、自我效能、应对方式的影响

The influence of uncertainty in patients with liver cirrhosis on self-management behavior, self-efficacy and coping style

目的探讨肝硬化患者不确定感对自我管理行为、自我效能、应对方式的影响。方法选择2019年7月至2020年6月在我院诊断治疗的肝硬化患者60例为研究对象,根据不确定感调查结果分为低水平组16例、中水平组30例、高水平组14例。比较三组自我管理行为、自我效能、应对方式评分,分析肝硬化患者不确定感水平与自我管理行为、自我效能、应对方式的相关性。结果不确定感低水平组患者自我管理行为为(74.3±8.3)分、自我效能为(30.3±3.6)分、应对方式为(48.6±5.3)分,在三组中均最高,高水平组上述评分均最低,三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不确定感与自我管理行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.926,P=0.000)。不确定感与自我效能呈显著负相关(r=-0.952,P=0.000)。不确定感与应对方式呈显著负相关(r=-0.859,P=0.000)。结论肝硬化患者的不确定感影响其自我管理行为、自我效能及应对方式。在临床工作中,应对患者的不确定感进行评估,以改善其自我管理行为、自我效能及应对方式。

Objective To explore the impact of uncertainty on self-management behavior,self-efficacy,and coping styles in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the survey results of uncertainty,they were divided into low-level group(16 cases),medium-level group(30 cases)and high-level group(14 cases).The self-management behavior,self-efficacy and coping style scores of the three groups were compared.The correlation between the level of uncertainty in patients with liver cirrhosis and self-management behavior,self-efficacy and coping style were analyzed.Results The self-management behavior(74.3±8.3)points,self-efficacy(30.3±3.6)points,and coping style score(48.6±5.3)points of patients in the low-level uncertainty group were the highest score among the three groups,while the high-level group had the lowest score,the differences in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between uncertainty and self-management behavior(r=-0.926,P=0.000).There was a significant negative correlation between uncertainty and self-efficacy(r=-0.952,P=0.000).There was a significant negative correlation between uncertainty and coping style(r=-0.859,P=0.000).Conclusion The uncertainty of patients with liver cirrhosis affects the their self-management behavior,self-efficacy and coping styles.In clinical work,the patient′s sense of uncertainty should be evaluated to improve their self-management behavior,self-efficacy and coping style.
