阴阳学说在藏医学中应用新识

Novel cognition of the application of yin-yang theory in Tibetan medicine

研究发现,阴阳学说在藏医学中的应用见于公元8世纪的藏医经典《四部医典》,并将其基本学说贯穿于藏医药学的基础和临床。藏医学中虽然关于阴、阳的直接记载较少,但研究发现多以寒、热表述,藏医学寒热学说成了阴阳学说的代名词,且在《月王药诊》《四部医典》《医学四续》等典籍中均有记载。通过对藏医药学中应用阴阳学说进行梳理发现,主要用于说明人体组织结构、生理活动的功能物质、人体生理功能、病理变化,指导疾病诊断、治疗和养生。

The research finds that the application of yin-yang theory in Tibetan medicine can be dated back as early as to the 8th century in the Tibetan medicine classic Four Medical Classics,in which the fundamental principle of the theory permeates throughout the basics and clinical practice of Tibetan medicine.Although there are fewer direct records of yin and yang in Tibetan medicine,the research finds that they are mostly expressed in terms of cold and heat,rendering cold-heat theory in Tibetan medicine a synonym for yin-yang theory in Chinese medicine,and the two terms appear in all of the renowned medical classics of Tibetan medicine,such as Yuewang Yaozhen,Four Medical Classics,Yixue Sixu,etc.By sorting out the application of yin-yang theory in Tibetan medicine,it is found that the theory is mainly used to explain human body structure,functional substances for physiological activities,human physiological functions,and pathological changes,guiding disease diagnosis,treatment,and health preservation.
