腰椎间盘突出症中医综合治疗方案的临床研究

Clinical study on TCM comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症中医综合治疗方案的疗效。方法长春中医药大学附属医院2019年3月-2020年8月间260例住院患者为研究对象。治疗组采用针灸联合手法整复等中医综合治疗方案,对照组采用腰椎牵引联合腰椎定点透药常规治疗方案,疗程均为3周。采用腰椎JOA量表为疗效评价指标;采用痊愈、有效、无效及总有效率百分比为疗效评价标准。结果经治疗,2组患者疗效评定标准中治疗组总有效率为83.08%,对照组总有效率为75.38%,治疗组优于对照组。2组患者治疗后JOA量表评分均较治疗前上升,临床症状均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合治疗方案可切实提高临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,促进临床症状缓解,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 260 inpatients in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture,manipulative reduction and other traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatments,while the control group received conventional treatment programs of lumbar traction combined with fixed-point drug penetration of the lumbar spine,with a course of 3 weeks for both groups.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score of lumbar spine was used as the evaluation index,and the percentage of recovery,effectiveness,ineffectiveness and total effective rate was used as the evaluation standard.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.83%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The treatment group was better than the control group.JOA scores of the two groups were increased after treatment,and the clinical symptoms were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation,promote the remission of clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
