石决明的临床应用及其用量探究

本文搜集古代医籍及现代医家临证经验与临床应用,总结出石决明具有以下特点:石决明的临床汤剂用量范围为3.75~80 g,常用剂量为10~30 g,丸散剂用量范围为0.74~8.28 g。临床剂量随着疾病、证型及配伍不同而变化,如治疗高血压、眩晕等循环系统疾病,可使用石决明平肝潜阳,临床用量12~80 g;如治疗偏头痛、中风等神经系统疾病,可使用石决明平肝潜阳,临床用量20~50 g;如治疗小儿多发性抽动症、甲状腺功能亢进等可使用石决明平肝潜阳,临床用量10~30(丸剂0.74 g);如治疗麻痹性斜视、角膜炎或角膜病等眼科疾病,可使用石决明清肝明目,临床用量12~30 g(丸散1.25~8.28 g)。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如平肝潜阳配伍生地黄、钩藤、怀牛膝等,清肝明目配伍决明子、菟丝子等。

Based on the clinical experience and clinical application of ancient medical books and modern physicians,this paper concludes that abolone shell has the following characteristics:Its clinical dosage range in decoction is 3.75-80 g,while the common dosage range is 10-30 g,and its dosage range in pills or powder is 0.74-8.28 g.The clinical dosage varies with different diseases,syndrome types and compatibility.For example,in the treatment of circulatory system diseases such as hypertension and dizziness,abolone shell can be used to suppress hyperactive liver and subside yang,and its clinical dosage is 12 to 80 g.In the treatment of nervous system diseases such as migraine,stroke,abolone shell can also be used to achieve the effect of suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding yang,and its clinical dosage range is 20-50 g.When used for suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding yang to treat Tourette disease,hyperthyroidism in children,its clinical dosage range is 10-30 g(0.74 g in pills).For the treatment of paralytic strabismus,keratitis or corneal diseases and other ophthalmic diseases,abolone shell can be used to clear liver to brighten eyes,and its clinical dosage is 12-30 g(1.25-8.28 g in pills or powder).According to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,abolone can be compatible with the corresponding Chinese medicines.For instance,it is compatible with unprocessed rehmannia root,gambir plant nod,twotoothed achyranthes root,etc.,for suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding yang,and compatible with cassia seed,dodder seed,etc.,for clearing liver for improving eyesight.
