摘要
采用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜传感器对模切压力进行在线动态应变测试。建立PVDF压电方程,结合模切幅面特点,采用了阵列式压电传感器检测方法,并根据传感器特点给出了任意PVDF电荷输出模型,结合不同区域检测到的载荷,给出了总载荷及平均载荷计算方法。PVDF薄膜传感器测量范围广、响应频率高、柔韧性好,能够满足模切冲击碰撞载荷的检测,采用阵列式传感器设计方法,形成模切压力检测模型,既能有效反映不同采集区域载荷分布特点,又能求出整体载荷及均布载荷。采用压电薄膜传感器,实现了模切压力在线检测,提高了检测精度,解决了长期以来模切压力检测困难的问题,为实现模切机高速稳定运行提供了新的途径。
On-line dynamic strain test on pressure of die-cutting is carried out,using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)thin film sensor.PVDF piezoelectric equation is established.Combined with the characteristics of die-cut web,the array piezoelectric sensor detection method is used.According to the characteristics of the sensor,the arbitrary PVDF charge output model is given.Combined with the detected loads in different areas,the total load and the average load computation is given.PVDF thin film sensor has wide measuring range,high response frequency and good flexibility.It can meet the detection of die-cut impact load.The array sensor design method is used to form the die-cut pressure detection model,which can effectively reflect the load distribution characteristics of different collection areas.And can find the overall load and uniform load.The piezoelectric thin film sensor is used to realize the on-line detection of die-cutting pressure,which improves the detection precision and solves the problem of difficult die-cutting pressure detection for a long time.It provides a new way to realize high-speed and stable operation of die-cutting machine.
