摘要 为应对当前实验室危险化学品管理中存在的自动化水平和精细化水平较低的问题,提出一种基于超高频射频识别(RFID)技术的化学试剂管理系统。系统由在线管理平台和硬件控制部分组成。硬件部分主要包括Android工控机和STM32控制模块,两者采用RS-485接口实现数据交互。嵌入式控制模块直接控制试剂存储柜门门锁等硬件。SHT20温湿度检测模块和TGS2602浓度检测模块采集柜内环境信息。超高频RFID读写模块可实现试剂取用记录跟踪。所设计的系统已上线运行,解决了实验室试剂存放混乱、危险品管控手段缺乏等问题,实现了化学试剂的精准管控。 To improve the automation and refinement level of chemical reagent management,a chemical reagent management scheme based on ultra high frequency radio frequency identification(UHF RFID)technology is proposed.The system consists of an online management platform and hardware control part.An Android industrial computer and STM32 embedded control modules form the hardware control part,and they are connected by RS-485 interface.Embedded control module directly controls hardware such as reagent storage cabinet door lock.SHT20 and TGS2602 sensor modules collect the temperature,humidity and concentration respectively.The UHF RFID read/write module enables reagent access record tracking.The system solves the problems of reagent storage disorder and lack of control methods for dangerous chemicals and achieves precise control of chemical reagents.
