摘要
在经济全球化背景下,对标一流本科课程建设以学生为中心的要求,国际经济法课程教学改革应当更新教学理念,在教学模式和教学内容上进行优化。通过案例互动教学法、双语复合教学法等方法的综合运用,将改进课堂教学、提升学生法律实务技能与满足国家涉外经济法律政策需要相结合,解决教学方法单一、重理论轻实务等问题,实现法学教育与涉外法律实务的衔接,从而为社会培养出更多高水平的应用型法律人才。
In the context of economic globalization,to meet the student-centered requirements for the construction of first-class undergraduate courses,the teaching reform of international economic law education should update the teaching concept and optimize the teaching mode and teaching content.Through the comprehensive application of case interaction teaching method and bilingual compound teaching method,the combination of improving classroom teaching and improving students’legal practice skills will solve the problems from single teaching method,emphasizing theory over practice,and realizing the connection between legal education and legal profession,so as to cultivate more high-level applied talents for the society.
