摘要
针对河南某造纸厂初沉池以及好氧段出水的水质特点,根据当地的排放标准,对初沉池出水采用“AB法A段+好氧、厌氧间歇运行”的工艺进行了处理,COD平均去除率达到80%左右,出水COD稳定在200 mg/L左右;好氧段采用不同的“好氧+厌氧间歇运行”的方法,COD平均去除率达到85%左右,处理后出水可满足《制浆造纸工业污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)的排放标准要求,所有企业排放限值为100 mg/L。
According to water quality characteristics of the primary sedimentation tank and the effluent from the aerobic section of a paper mill in Henan province,according to the local discharge standard,the effluent from the primary sedimentation tank is treated by the process of″AB process A+aerobic and anaerobic intermittent operation″.The average removal rate of COD is about 80%,and the effluent COD is about 200 mg/L.The average removal rate of COD is about 85%in the aerobic section by different″Aerobic+anaerobic batch operation″,and the effluent can meet the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Pulp and Paper Industry(GB3544-2008).The discharge limit of all enterprises is 100 mg/L.
