红霉素生产废水处理工程设计与运行 被引量:1

摘要 采用“混凝沉淀-气浮-水解酸化-UASB反应器-CASS反应器-混凝沉淀”组合工艺处理了红霉素生产废水,处理规模400 m 3/d,其中高浓度废水280 m 3/d,低浓度废水120 m 3/d。高浓度废水COD 11000 mg/L、BOD 54700 mg/L、NH 3-N 100 mg/L,SS 2500 mg/L,低浓度废水COD 1000 mg/L、BOD 5300 mg/L、NH 3-N 15 mg/L,SS 300 mg/L,处理后出水水质表明可满足河南省地方标准《发酵类制药工业水污染物间接排放标准》(DB41/758-2012)标准B要求,即COD≤180 mg/L、BOD 5≤45 mg/L、NH 3-N≤25 mg/L、SS≤120 mg/L。该工艺运行稳定、运行费用低、削减了对环境排放的污染物。 The combined process of coagulating sedimentation,gas flotation,hydrolytic acidification,UASB reactor,CASS reactor and coagulating sedimentation was used to treat the erythromycin production wastewater with a treatment capacity of 400 m 3/d including high concentration wastewater 280 m 3/d and low concentration wastewater 120 m 3/d.The high concentration influent COD,BOD 5,NH 3-N and SS are 11000 mg/L,4700 mg/L,100 mg/L and 2500 mg/L;the low concentration influent COD,BOD 5,NH 3-N and SS are 1000 mg/L,300 mg/L,15 mg/L and 300 mg/L.After treatment,the effluent quality meet the requirements of Table 1 standard B in the Indirect Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry Fermentation Products Category(DB41/758-2012)of Henan provincial local standard,that is,COD≤180 mg/L,BOD 5≤45 mg/L,NH 3-N≤25 mg/L and SS≤120 mg/L.The process has advantages of stable and reliable operation,low cost and less environmental pollution.
