某油田减氧空气泡沫驱油套管腐蚀评估室内模拟实验 被引量:1

Indoor Simulating Test of Casing Corrosion Evaluation of Oxygen-Reducing Air Foam Flooding in Oilfield

摘要 生产管柱,生产套管在不同的条件下腐蚀状况不同,本文主要针对注入井中的减氧空气对生产管柱、生产套管、井口装置的腐蚀影响进行研究,通过室内模拟实验来验证不同材质油套管的腐蚀情况。实验证明,注入井和生产井中的减氧空气环境对生产管柱、生产套管材质N80、P110、L80、1Cr-L80、3Cr-L80这5种材质的腐蚀速率均超过1 mm/a;注入井和生产井中的减氧空气环境对井口装置碳钢、1Cr13、35CrMo的腐蚀速率均>0.4 mm/a。均属于严重腐蚀分级。 The corrosion situation of production string and production casing is different under different condition.In this article,the effects of the oxygen-reducing air in injection well on the corrosion of the production string,production casing and wellhead device are investigated via a laboratory simulation test of casting corrosion evaluation.Experimental results show that the oxygenreducing air environment in the injection wells and production wells can result in the corrosion rate of the production string and the production casing materials(i.e.N80,P110,L80,1Cr-L80 and 3Cr-L80)exceeding 1 mm/a,and result in the corrosion rate of carbon steel(i.e.1Cr13 and 35CrMo)in wellhead device exceeding 0.4 mm/a,both of which reveal a severe corrosion degree.
