摘要
通过在不同工厂进行样品涂装试验对比及对产品全部制造工艺流程排查分析,找出小型钢制轮毂涂装完工后出现的局部静电喷粉涂层从电泳底漆表面脱落的真正原因,并针对性制定切实可行的管控措施,彻底消除底、面涂层之间附着力不良因素,从而保证了钢制轮毂涂装品质的可靠性。
The comparative study on the coating experiment at different factory is carried out.The manufacturing processes of all products are comparatively analyzed so as to find the real reason resulting in the partial peeling of the electrostatic powder spraying coating off the electrodeposition coating on the surface of the small-sized steel wheel.The countermeasures are made accordingly to eliminate the factors resulting in poor adhesion between the primer and topcoat,which guarantee the quality of coating process for steel wheel.
