摘要
德国双元制职业教育在德国产业发展中起了重要作用。近年来,新建地方本科院校大力发展现代产业学院,并以此为抓手推动学校向应用型转变。结合产业学院建设实践,从双元主体、校企合作程度、管理考核机构等方面分析德国双元制与中国产业学院的异同点,并探讨德国双元制对中国产业学院建设的启示,可以为中国产业学院的建设与发展提供参考。
German dual-system vocational education plays an important role in German industrial development.In recent years,the newly established local universities in China vigorously develop the modern industry college,and take this as a starting point to promote the application-oriented transformation.Based on the construction practice of Taizhou University's industrial college,German dual-system and China's industrial college are compared in the aspects of dual subjects,school-enterprise cooperation and management and assessment institution so as to discuss the implication of German dual system for the construction of China's industrial college.
