摘要
通过STAAD Pro有限元模拟软件,对某电厂1000MW汽轮发电机进行模态分析、轴系振动分析,以及基础静力、动力及时程分析。计算表明,基座台板的自振频率相较常规基座有明显降低,实现了弹簧隔振基础通过改变自振频率来改善结构动力特性的目的;同时,基座台板静变位、质点处振动速度、位移等均满足《基础设计规范》(HTGD655066)中要求。
Through STAAD Pro finite element simulation software,modal analysis,shafting vibration analysis,static and dynamic time history analysis of the power plant 1000MW turbo-generator are carried out.The calculation shows that the natural vibration frequency of the base plate is significantly lower than that of the conventional base,which realizes the purpose of improving the dynamic characteristics of the structure by changing the natural vibration frequency of the spring vibration isolation foundation.At the same time,the static displacement,vibration speed and displacement at the mass point of the base plate all meet the requirements of the code for design of Foundations(HTGD655066).
