摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式下,酒店管理专业需要按照企业淡旺季开展工学交替岗位实训,学徒的劳动时间较长、劳动强度较大,容易出现校“热”生“冷”、学徒学习内生动力不足的问题。本文重点分析了学徒内生动力的形成要素、价值定位,以及内生动力不足的表象、成因等问题,提出了提升酒店管理专业学徒内生动力的基本策略。
Under the background of the mode of personnel training based on modern apprenticeship,hotel management majors should take part in alternant working-learning job training according to the slack and boom seasons of hotel industry.Due to long working hours and high labor intensity,apprentices lack the internal impetus and enthusiasm for it though colleges show much interest.This paper analyzes the forming factors of apprentices internal impetus and value orientation as well as the manifestations and causes of the lack of it.In addition,it presents relevant strategies for improving their internal impetus.
