A Study on the Three-Link Linkage Mechanism of Specialty Enrollment,Training and Employment Based on the Big Data Technology

招生、培养与就业是高职院校教育的3个重要环节。三者相辅相成,密不可分。因此,建立招生、人才培养与就业的联动机制是高职院校提升整体办学实力、实现高质量发展的重要条件。采用结合大数据技术的应用方式,将网络上大量有用信息筛选整合并多元化显示,以数据支撑专业招生、培养、就业三环联动策略,保证三者间的信息对等流通、实时反馈,从而进一步保证人才培养和就业的高质高效,实现三者的良性循环。

Enrollment,training and employment are three significant links in higher vocational education.They are supplementary to each other and inseparable.Therefore,the establishment of a linkage mechanism of enrollment,personnel training and employment plays an important role in enhancing the overall strength of vocational colleges and realizing high-quality development.This paper proposes screening and integrating a large amount of useful online information based on the big data technology and displaying it in a diversified way.The data is used to support the study of the three-link linkage strategy of speciality enrollment,training and employment as well as ensuring equivalent information flow and real-time feedback among the three,which can further guarantee the quality and efficiency of personnel training and employment.
