系统动力学视角下海外仓对跨境电商出口影响

Impacts of Oversea Warehouse on Cross-border E-commerce Transactions from Perspective of System Dynamics

文章以2015-2019年杭州市跨境电商出口交易额等相关数据为基础,利用系统动力学建模,探究海外仓服务对跨境电商出口交易的影响。研究表明,海外仓的引进显著提升顾客满意度,改善跨境物流服务质量,从而对跨境电商出口交易额产生积极影响。通过敏感性分析,可知同等条件下通关效率对于海外仓服务影响最大。因此在分配海外仓各项业务投入时可倾向于清关环节,以提升杭州市跨境电商市场竞争力,同时为我国跨境电商未来发展提供可行性经验。

Based on the data related to the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume in Hangzhou from 2015-2019 and other relevant data,the system dynamics modeling approach is adopted in the study to investigate the impact of the oversea warehouse service on the cross-border e-commerce service.The result of it shows that the introduction of overseas warehouses can effectively promote the customers satisfaction degree and improve the quality of the logistics service,thus positively influencing the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume.By means of the sensitivity analysis,it can get to know that the clearance efficiency affects the service of the overseas warehouse at a greatest degree under equal conditions,therefore,when allocating various business inputs to overseas warehouse,it can tend to address the issue of the customs clearance in order to promote the competitiveness of Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce market,and it can also provide some feasible suggestions for the future development of China’s cross-border e-commerce as well.
