摘要
目的:建立松花粉中柚皮素HPLC法测定方法,提高松花粉质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定柚皮素含量,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长为288 nm测定柚皮素的含量。结果 :柚皮素质量浓度在10.0~216.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率99.26%,RSD为1.04%(n=9)。运用该方法测得12批次不同产地的松花粉中柚皮素含量在0.13%~0.27%之间。结论 :建立的HPLC分析方法操作简便、快速、专属性强、重复性好,可作为该松花粉的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of pini pollen naringenin to improve its quality standard.Methods:The content of naringenin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)at 288 nm using methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid solution(45:55)as mobile phase.Results:The standard curve of naringenin showed good linearity in the range of 10.0-216.0μg/ml(r=1.0000).The average recovery was 99.26%with RSD 1.04%(n=9).The contents of naringenin in 12 batches of pini pollen from different origins were in the range of 0.13%-0.27%.Conclusion:The established HPLC method is simple,rapid,specific and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of pini pollen.
