摘要
文章以2011-2016年间我国121所高校图书馆为样本,通过对高校的办学规格及投入图书馆经费的总量及结构与其知识创新能力之间关系的分析,深度解读了高校图书馆在社会认识高级化进程中的实质性作用。基于面板数据回归分析后发现:不同办学规格的高校在知识创新能力方面存在着显著差异;在控制地域、规模及规格因素的情况下,高校图书馆经费投入问题对所在高校知识创新能力具有显著影响;不同种类信息资源(纸质资源或电子资源)在高校图书馆总投入中的总量与结构均对所在高校知识创新能力存在一定影响。此次研究发现,有望为科学评价信息资源在高校知识创新支撑条件建设中的实际作用提供有益启示。
121 university's libraries in China during 2011-2016 were involved in present research as samples and a panel data regression analysis was conducted on the relationship between levels of these universities,annually expenditure of university libraries attached to them and the capability of the knowledge innovation of these universities based on a theoretical perspective of hierarchal social epistemology.Findings of this research include that:a)There is a significant difference existed among various level of universities.b)The yearly expenditure for university libraries improved the knowledge innovation of the university significantly while the levels,area and size of these universities under control.c)Total expenditure and the ratio of the types of the information resources,printed and electric,influenced the knowledge innovation of the universities significantly.The findings of this research are expected to enrich the hierarchal social epistemology and shed light on the evaluation of information bases of universities'knowledge innovation.
