煤多联产半焦碳酸钾/水蒸气联合活化法制备活性炭的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以煤多联产半焦为原料,采用碳酸钾/水蒸气联合活化法制备了适用于烟气脱硫、废水中有机物去除等吸附场景的功能活性炭,并对比了其孔结构和吸附性能与采用常用活化方法制得的活性炭的孔结构和吸附性能。结果表明:半焦经碳酸钾/水蒸气联合活化可以得到微孔率为83%、比表面积为671.7 m^(2)/g的活性炭,其苯酚吸附值达105.2 mg/g,脱硫值达31.24 mg/g,与常用活化方法制得的活性炭相比吸附性能较优。此外,分析了碳酸钾/水蒸气联合活化的机理,水蒸气的引入对碳酸钾活化有促进作用,使联合活化活性炭有发达的微孔结构;而碳酸钾对水蒸气活化产生中孔的能力有一定的抑制作用。 Using coal semi-coke as the raw material,the functional activated carbon which is suitable for adsorption scenarios such as flue gas desulfurization and organic matter removal in waste water was prepared by K_(2)CO_(3)/steam combined activation method.And its pore structure and adsorption performance were compared with that of the activated carbon prepared by common activation methods.The results show that the activated carbon prepared by K_(2)CO_(3)/steam combined activation method has a microporosity of 83%,a specific surface area of 671.7 m^(2)/g,a phenol adsorption value of 105.2 mg/g,and the desulfurization value reaches 31.24 mg/g,which is better than the activated carbon prepared by common activation methods.The introduction of steam can promote the activation of K_(2)CO_(3),so that the activated carbon prepared by combined activation method has a developed microporous structure.K_(2)CO_(3) has a certain inhibitory effect on the ability of steam to produce mesopores.
