大数据时代高校网络信息安全法制教育研究与实践

Research and Practice of University Network Information Security Legal Education in the Era of Big Data

文章从“互联网+教育”要求着手,讨论高校信息安全法制教育问题,在完善网络信息法治体系的“硬法”、“软法”使之协同共治,健全网络空间道德秩序,培育良好的网络法治生态等方面提出了建议。同时,以“教育信息化”为规范导向,通过课堂教育、校园宣传教育等实践,探索现代高校网络信息安全法制教育的新路径。

The paper discusses the problem of university information security legal education based on the requirements of“Internet+education”.It makes sensible suggestions for perfecting network information legal system under the collaborative rule of hard law and soft law,improving the moral order of cyberspace,and fostering a good network legal ecology.It goes further to explore a new path for the network information security legal education in today’s universities and colleges,guided by the standard of“education informatization”,by putting it into practice through classroom education,campus publicity and education,and other forms of education.
