帕金森病护理质量评价指标体系的构建

Construction of nursing quality evaluation indicators system for patients with Parkinson's disease

目的通过构建全面、客观、科学的帕金森病护理质量评价指标体系,为临床评价及监测帕金森病护理服务提供指导和操作依据。方法以“结构-过程-结果”三维结构理论为模型,应用文献检索、专家小组讨论、Delphi及层次分析法,筛选、修改指标,进而确定指标权重,建立帕金森病护理质量评价指标体系。结果两轮专家咨询权威系数Cr值分别为0.784、0.821,协调系数W值分别为0.158、0.196,构建指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标12项、三级指标41项。结论帕金森病护理质量评价的指标体系可靠性较好,涵盖关键内容,可作为评价及监测帕金森病护理质量的可靠工具。

Objective To establish a comprehensive,objective and scientific evaluation indicators system for Parkinson's disease nursing quality,so as to provide guidance and operational basis for clinical evaluation and monitoring of Parkinson's disease nursing service.Methods Based on the structure-process-result three-dimensional structure theory as the model,the researchers used literature retrieval,expert group discussion,Delphi expert consultation method and hierarchical analysis method to screen and modify the indicators,determine the indicator weight,and establish the nursing quality evaluation indicators system for Parkinson's disease.Results The two rounds of expert consultation authority coefficient Cr value were 0.784 and 0.821,and coordination coefficient W value were 0.158 and 0.196.The nursing quality evaluation indicators of Parkinson's disease included 3 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 41 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation indicators of Parkinson's disease with good reliability,covering key content,can be used as a reliable tool for evaluating and monitoring the nursing quality of Parkinson's disease.
