摘要
在烟用二醋酯纤维纺丝过程中,要求油剂乳液的润湿速率快,平滑性、抱合性好。通过对油剂的耐热性、黏温和黏浓特性、动态光散射、润湿性能、热失重进行测试,选出性能最优的油剂。研究表明,1~8号油剂中,8号油剂耐热性能最好,整体黏温变化较小,油剂粒径适中,分散均匀,呈现出单分散性分布,在醋纤原丝表面有良好的润湿性和铺展性,因此8号油剂的综合性能最好,更适用于烟用醋酸纤维生产。
In the spinning process of cellulose diacetate tows,the oil requires fast wetting speed,smoothness and good cohesion.Through the test of heat resistance,viscosity temperature and viscosity concentration characteristics,dynamic light scattering,wettability and thermos-gravimetry,the results show that No.8 oil has better heat resistance,small viscosity temperature change,moderate particle size,uniform dispersion,mono-dispersity and good wettability and spreading on the surface of cellulose diacetate.Therefore,No.8 oil is more suitable for the production process of cellulose diacetate tows.
