燃气调压站地震安全控制装置参数的振动台试验

摘要 为了更好地确定城市燃气调压站管道上地震安全控制装置的参数,针对城市燃气调压站的管道开展了振动台地震响应定量研究。以河北省唐山市某小区装有地震安全控制装置的调压站管道为实验对象,建立了振动台分析模型,选取了不同频谱特性的地震动,并获得了不同地震加速度输入工况下燃气调压站内地震安全控制装置的安装点及其他位置的加速度时程、频谱曲线和响应放大倍数。试验结果表明:燃气调压站的地震安全控制装置所在位置在纵向和横向上有较大的地震动放大效应,地震动输入的频谱不同,调压站各测点纵向和横向放大倍数也有所差异,横向放大倍数约为纵向放大倍数的2.5倍。研究结果可为燃气管网地震安全处置装置的触发阈值设置提供试验依据,为城市燃气管网地震安全控制和应急响应提供参考数据。 In order to determine the parameters of seismic safety control device installed on pipelines of urban gas pressure regulating station,the seismic response of main and auxiliary pipelines were tested by shaking table dynamic test.The experimental model was designed based on a typical station pipeline in a residential area of Tangshan,Hebei Province,China.Ground motion time histories with different spectral characteristics were selected and scaled for shaking table.The response time history,frequency spectrum and response amplification factor were measured and computed and the results indicate large ground motion amplification effect in both longitudinal and transverse direction.Due to the frequency characteristics of ground motion inputs,the amplification factors of each measuring point are also a little bit of difference,and the lateral amplification factor is about 2.5 times of longitudinal amplification factor.The test results in this study provide essential reference data for determination of the trigger threshold of earthquake disposal valve of gas pipeline network,and could help in seismic safety control and emergency response of urban gas pipeline network.
