海南某院孕妇HBV、HCV和梅毒螺旋体检测结果分析

Analysis of HBV,HCV and treponema pallidum assay in pregnant women from a hospital in Hainan Province

目的对围产期孕妇的HBV、HCV及梅毒螺旋体血清学检测结果进行分析,以了解我院围产期孕妇HBV、HCV及梅毒螺旋体感染率。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月于海口市人民医院进行围产期保健的5600例孕妇为研究对象,采集外周静脉血并采用ELISA检测HBsAg、抗-HCV、梅毒螺旋体抗体(treponema pallidum antibody,抗-TP);若抗-TP阳性,再用梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验进行检测确认。结果5600例孕妇中,HBsAg阳性297例(5.30%)、抗-HCV阳性9例(0.16%)、抗-TP阳性6例(0.11%)。结论海口市人民医院围产期孕妇HBV、HCV及梅毒螺旋体感染状况不容轻视,孕妇应早期接受相关检测,切断母婴传播途径,另外还应加大疾病相关知识宣传力度,降低孕妇感染率。

Objective To analyze the serological test results of HBV,HCV and treponema pallidum in perinatal pregnant women,and to understand the infection rate of HBV,HCV and treponema pallidum in perinatal pregnant women in our hospital.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,5600 pregnant women who received perinatal health care in Haikou People’s Hospital were selected as the study objects.Peripheral venous blood was taken,and HBsAg,anti-HCV and treponema pallidum antibody(anti-TP)were detected by ELISA.If anti-TP was positive,treponema pallidum particle agglutination test was used for inspection and confirmation.Results Among 5600 pregnant women,297 cases(5.30%)were HBsAg positive,9 cases(0.16%)were anti-HCV positive and 6 cases(0.11%)were anti-TP positive.Conclusions The infection status of HBV,HCV and treponema pallidum in pregnant women in Haikou People’s Hospital should not be underestimated.Early relevant tests should be performed in pregnant women to cut off the mother-tochild transmission route,and the awareness of disease related knowledge should be strengthen to reduce the infection rate of pregnant women.
