Imported paratyphoid A with sepsis and myocardial damage:a case report

甲型副伤寒是由热带亚热带沙门氏菌感染所致的急性肠道传染病,国内较少见。本文结合1例输入型甲型副伤寒并脓毒血症、心肌损害患者的诊疗情况并回顾相关文献,探讨甲型副伤寒的发病规律及诊治要点。

Paratyphoid A is an acute intestinal infectious disease caused by Salmonella in the tropics and subtropics,which is rare in China.Based on the diagnosis and treatment of a case of imported paratyphoid A with sepsis and myocardial damage and reviewing the relevant literature,this paper discusses the pathogenesis pattern and key points of diagnosis and treatment of paratyphoid A.
