摘要
本文以L4-2400M 24000kN闭式四点六杆压力机为研究对象,对闭式四点六杆压力机传动系统的三维实体建模,进行虚拟样机仿真分析,可求解滑块的行程、速度、加速度与时间的函数关系,绘出滑块的行程、速度、加速度曲线,省时省力,降低了计算成本,提高了效率。
Taking L4-2400M 24000kN closed four-point six-link press as the research object in the text,the three-dimensional solid modeling of the closed four-point six-bar press transmission system has been carried out to conduct virtual prototype simulation analysis.The function relationship between stroke,speed,acceleration and time has been solved while the stroke,speed and acceleration curve of the slider has been drawn with less time and effort.The calculation cost has been reduced and the efficiency has been improved.
