摘要
随着我国航空航天、交通运输、新型能源等工业的快速发展,高强度、耐高温、抗腐蚀、轻量化的铝合金粉末挤锻件需求日益广泛,质量要求越来越高,相应的对制造设备也提出了更高的要求。本文就框式铝合金粉末挤锻液压机的主机结构设计、挤锻动力自动切换、精准切合工艺要求、设备优化趋势等方面进行探讨。
With the rapid development of national aerospace,transportation,and new energy industries,the demand for high-strength,high-temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and lightweight aluminum alloy powder forgings has become increasingly widespread,and the quality requirements have become higher and higher.Manufacturing equipment also puts forward higher requirements.The mainframe structure design and the automatic switching of the extrusion forging power of the frame-type aluminum alloy powder forging hydraulic press have been discussed in the text,as well as the precise meeting of the process requirements and the equipment optimization trend.
