研究了一种适用于垃圾转运站的独立纵移装置,介绍了独立纵移装置的概念及在压缩成套设备中的作用,通过对当前市场传统的纵移装置的分析,提出了对现有纵移装置进行优化设计的必要性。介绍了独立纵移装置的组成结构、工作原理、工作过程及优势。本设计降低了土建成本,减少了垃圾的清理工作量,降低了车厢落到横移平台上的位置要求。具有安装方便、故障率低、使用寿命长,并且可以适应需求进行系列化设计。

A kind of independent longitudinal moving device suitable for garbage transfer station has been studied in the text.The concept of independent longitudinal moving device and its function in a complete set of compression equipment have been introduced,through the analysis of the traditional longitudinal moving device in the current market,the necessity of optimizing the existing longitudinal moving device has been put forward.The composition structure,working principle,working process and advantages of the independent longitudinal movement device have been introduced.The cost of civil construction,the amount of garbage cleaning and the position requirements for the carriage to fall on the traverse platform have been reduced.It has characteristics of easy installation,low failure rate and long service life,which can be designed in series to meet the needs.
