摘要 基于西门子840Dsl系统的伺服双向泵运动控制实现,主要解决了目前通用型数控系统缺乏面向液压控制,尤其是泵控领域的成熟解决方案或是功能支持。本方案中,通过对西门子系统DCC功能的二次开发应用,在伺服驱动的运算层面,建立关于控制量(目标位置/压力)与油泵电机转速的运动控制模型,并且通过自由报文,截取轴运动指令进行重新计算处理。实现了某型折边机滑块部件的位置、以及压紧力的闭环控制。 The realization of servo two-way pump motion control based on Siemens 840Dsl system mainly solves the lack of current general-purpose CNC systems for hydraulic control,especially mature solutions or functional support in the field of pump control.In this solution,through the secondary development and application of the DCC function of the Siemens system,at the computing level of the servo drive,a motion control model about the control quantity(target position/pressure)and the speed of the oil pump motor has been established,and a free message has been used to intercept the axis motion instruction to perform recalculation.The closed-loop control of the position of the slider part and the pressing force of a certain type of folding machine has been realized.
