碳纤维复合材料电池箱循环风散热分析 被引量:1

Analysis of circulating air heat dissipation of carbon fiber composite battery box

摘要 针对密闭碳纤维新能源汽车电池箱难以散热问题,研究锂电池模组放电工作中的集中发热功率和温度变化。电池模组底部增加水冷板装置,构建密闭碳纤维电池箱冷却系统。采用有限元软件对碳纤维电池箱进行温度场分析,通过箱体内增设分布式风扇,形成密闭箱体热空气内循环辅助散热模式。仿真结果表明,通过不同位置风扇优化布局,密闭碳纤维电池箱体温度分布更加均匀,有助于箱体内部散热,箱体内最高温度降低3.84℃,电池模组温差降低3.1℃。同时发现风扇风速对降低箱体内部温度有积极作用,本论文工作有助于密闭碳纤维新能源电池箱设计。 In view of the difficulty of heat dissipation in a sealed carbon fiber new energy vehicle battery box,the concentrated heating power and temperature changes in the discharge of lithium battery modules have been studied.A water-cooling plate device has been added to the bottom of the battery module to construct a sealed carbon fiber battery box cooling system.The finite element software has been used to analyze the temperature field of the carbon fiber battery box,and a distributed fan has been added to the box to form an auxiliary heat dissipation mode for the internal circulation of hot air in the closed box.The simulation results show that by optimizing the layout of the fans at different positions,the temperature distribution of the sealed carbon fiber battery box is more uniform,which helps to dissipate the heat inside the box,while the maximum temperature in the box has been reduced by 3.84℃and the temperature difference of the battery module group has been reduced by 3.1℃.At the same time,it is found that the fan speed has a positive effect on reducing the internal temperature of the box.It is helpful to the design of the sealed carbon fiber new energy battery box.
