摘要 依据数控车削加工及内外复杂曲面薄壁件的特点,以数控车削加工薄壁子弹头模型为例,从零件图纸设计分析、工艺流程安排、工艺过程、零件质量检测与分析等方面对数控车削加工复杂薄壁件的加工工艺进行了设计和应用。该工艺方案进行反复检验后,解决了复杂薄壁件材料强度低、装夹困难、刀具特殊、工艺复杂等实际加工中的难点。 According to the characteristics of CNC turning machining and thin-walled parts with complex curved surfaces inside and outside,taking the thin-walled bullet model of CNC turning machining as an example,the machining process for turning complex thin-walled parts has been designed and applied through aspects of part drawing analysis,process arrangement,machining course,part quality inspection and analysis.After repeated inspections of the process plan,the difficulties in actual processing of complex thin-walled parts such as low material strength,difficult clamping,special cutting tools,and complex processes have been solved.
