辽宁河湖划界工作的实践探索

Exploration and practice of rivers and lakes demarcation in Liaoning Province

立足于辽宁省河湖管理工作现状,依据相关政策法规,结合河湖管理与保护范围划定工作实际,规范了组织合理、分工明确的河湖划界工作流程和主要工作环节,提出了有堤防河段和无堤防河段的划界标准和测量方案,明确了划界成果标准,在全面推行河长制背景下为河湖划界工作实施提供了思路和工作方法。

Based on the status of river and lake management in Liaoning Province,according to the relevant policies and regulations,this research standardizes the workflow and main work steps of rivers and lakes demarcation with reasonable organization and clear division.The demarcation standards and measurement schemes for sections with and without dykes are proposed,which will provide ideas and working methods for the implementation of the demarcation of rivers and lakes under the background of full implementation of the river chief system.
