在全面推行河湖长制背景下,建设幸福河湖成为贯穿河湖治理的主线,保障河湖健康成为建设幸福河湖的根基。探讨山东省济南市美丽示范河湖建设实践,介绍济南市推动河湖长制从“有名”到“有实”的经验做法,结合现状提出了建议。

Under the background of the full implementation of the river and lake chief system,it becomes the principal line to build the happy river and lake running through the water environment treatment of rivers and lakes nowadays.The foundation of the happy river and lake is therefore set up through protecting the health of rivers and lakes.This paper probes into the construction practice of the Model beautiful rivers and lakes of Jinan City,Shandong Province,provides some methods and references to promote the change of river and lake chief system management from initiative to reality,and puts forward some suggestions based on the present situation.
