摘要
PCCP自1989年从美国引进以来在我国已应用2万多km,大部分应用于大型引调水工程中。近年来一些项目出现了爆管事故,严重影响到供水管线安全运行,引起有关方面高度关注。分析了国内外PCCP应用情况及前沿技术研究现状,从全生命周期管理视角提出补齐“腐蚀控制、安全检测、风险评估、原位修复”等技术应用短板,加强项目建设、运行监管的一些思考,供行业管理部门和水工程建设管理单位、设计单位借鉴参考。
PCCP was introduced from the United States to China in 1989.It has been adopted mostly by large-scale water diversion projects,with a length of more than 20000 km long.In recent years,pipe burst accidents occurred in some projects,which seriously affected the safe operation of the water supply pipeline that attracted great attention from relevant departments.Based on analysis of the status of PCCP application and technical research and studies at home and abroad,it is suggested to make up the shortcomings in the areas of“corrosion control,safety detection,risk assessment,in-situ repair”and other technology applications,from the angel of whole-life cycle management,and strengthen water project construction and operation supervision,so as to provide reference and experience to the administrative departments,construction and management organizations and design institutions.
