边疆牧区金融需求规律及金融扶贫对策研究

边疆牧区金融扶贫是建立边疆牧区扶贫长效机制的重要举措,然而边疆牧区缺乏获取扶贫资金途径、金融基础设施建设不足、宣传教育不充分、政策涉及面有待优化等问题制约了其作用的发挥。边疆牧区金融扶贫在建立边疆牧区扶贫长效机制方面具有独特优势,可有针对性地满足边疆牧区资产所面临的特殊金融需求,使边疆牧区金融扶贫更有实效。更好地实现边疆牧区扶贫长效机制应当提高边疆牧区资金融通与使用效率,完善边疆牧区扶贫金融基础设施建设,加强边疆牧区金融扶贫宣传及教育力度。

Financial poverty alleviation is an important tool to establish a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation in frontier pastoral areas.However,the lack of access to poverty alleviation funds in those areas,inadequate financial infrastructure construction,scarce publicity and education,and policy coverage to be optimized restrict the role of financial poverty alleviation.Such measure has unique advantages in establishing a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation in frontier pastoral areas,which can meet their special financial needs and make financial poverty alleviation in frontier pastoral areas more effective.To realize the long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation in those areas,it is suggested that the efficiency of accommodation and use of funds be upgraded,the financial infrastructure of poverty alleviation in frontier pastoral areas be improved,and the publicity and education of financial poverty alleviation be strengthened in those areas.
