航空发动机典型基材防护体系加速腐蚀试验研究

摘要 采用模拟服役环境的仿真加速腐蚀试验环境谱,开展航空发动机基材试件实验室加速腐蚀试验,并于各个腐蚀周期下,采用三维显微镜对试件表面典型腐蚀损伤区域进行宏观形貌、微观损伤检测,依据检测分析结果,对同一基材、不同表面处理工艺与防护体系的试件的腐蚀损伤程度进行比对与评估,依据比对评估结果筛选耐蚀性优良的基材防护体系,为该型航空发动机基材及其防护体系的环境适应性工程应用奠定试验分析与评估基础。 The laboratory accelerated corrosion test of aeroengine base material was carried out by using simulated accelerated corrosion test environment spectrum,and the macroscopic and microscopic damage of the typical surface corrosion damage area of the specimen was detected with each corrosion cycle by 3D microscope.According to the results of testing and analysis,the corrosion damage degree of different surface treatment processes and protective measures on the same base material is compared and evaluated.Based on the results of comparative evaluation,the base material protection system with excellent corrosion resistance is selected to lay a foundation for the experimental analysis and evaluation of the environmental adaptability engineering of aeroengine base material corrosion prevention system.
