摘要
本文通过收集极区科考直升机全年科考活动所经历的环境参数,分析各区域环境特点,将科考气候分为两部分:一部分为在亚热带、热带行驶时的常规气候环境,另一部分为在寒带使用时的低温气候环境。以此建立加速试验环境谱,由常规腐蚀加速部分和极区低温加速部分构成。常规腐蚀加速部分采用现有海洋环境常规的腐蚀环境谱,得到腐蚀加速谱块和太阳辐照谱块;极区低温加速部分采用5080橡胶进行低温试验,得到低温加速环境谱块。两种谱块相结合,最终编制完成适用于极区直升机使用的加速试验环境谱。
In this paper,by collecting the environmental parameters of polar scientific research helicopter in the whole year,the regional environmental characteristics are analyzed,and the scientific research climate is divided into two parts.One part is the conventional climate environment when driving in subtropical and tropical zone,the other part is the low temperature climate environment when using in frigid zone.Based on this,the accelerated test environment spectrum is established,which is composed of conventional corrosion accelerated part and polar low temperature accelerated part.The conventional corrosion acceleration part adopts the conventional corrosion environment spectrum of the existing marine environment to obtain the corrosion acceleration spectrum block and the solar radiation spectrum block.5080 rubber was used in the low temperature accelerated part of polar region,and the low temperature accelerated environmental spectrum block was obtained.Finally,the accelerated test environment spectrum suitable for polar helicopter is compiled.
