摘要
当前,面对着石化能源日益短缺的压力,电动汽车的推广应用成为解决此问题的主要措施之一。电动汽车的应用范围逐步增加,为了保证其在极端天气下行驶的安全性,目前多采用低温环境电动汽车变速器可靠性评估方法对其变速器使用效果进行分析,但此方法由于可靠性模型构建能力较差,导致此方法使用效果不佳。因此,设计基于层次优化算法的低温环境电动汽车变速器可靠性评估方法。将低温环境电动汽车变速器的故障情况通过威布尔分布系数体现,估算电动汽车变速器可靠性指标数据。将变速器失效通过“运行-停运-运行”的形式进行模拟,构建可靠性评估模型。使用层次优化算法,完成电动汽车变速器可靠性等级划分。至此,基于层次优化算法的低温环境电动汽车变速器可靠性评估方法设计完成。通过实验对比可以发现,此方法的评估能力优于原有方法。在日后电动汽车的开发过程中,可使用此方法完成变速器研究部分。
At present,facing the pressure of petrochemical energy shortage,the promotion and application of electric vehicles has become one of the main measures to solve this problem.The application scope of electric vehicles is gradually increasing.In order to ensure the safety of driving in extreme weather,the reliability evaluation method of electric vehicle transmission in low temperature environment is mostly used to analyze the use effect of transmission.However,due to the poor construction ability of reliability model,the use effect of this method is not good.Therefore,the reliability evaluation method of electric vehicle transmission in low temperature environment based on hierarchical optimization algorithm is designed.The fault condition of electric vehicle transmission in low temperature environment is reflected by Weibull distribution coefficient,and the reliability index data of electric vehicle transmission is estimated.The transmission failure is simulated in the form of "operation shutdown operation",and the reliability evaluation model is constructed.The hierarchical optimization algorithm is used to complete the reliability classification of electric vehicle transmission.So far,the design of reliability evaluation method for electric vehicle transmission in low temperature environment based on hierarchical optimization algorithm is completed.Through the experimental comparison,it can be found that the evaluation ability of this method is better than the original method.In the future development of electric vehicles,this method can be used to complete the transmission research.
