摘要
产品的可靠性、维修性和保障性(RMS)是衡量其是否为高质量产品的关键指标。本文采用能力成熟度模型(CMMI),通过定义RMS工程能力的成熟度等级,结合模糊判断法,建立电子装备研制单位的RMS工程能力评价程序,得到其RMS工程能力的评估分析。使装备研制单位了解其电子产品RMS工作的不足和薄弱环节,找到RMS工作改进点并实现其RMS工程能力的持续改进。
Reliability,Maintainability,supportability (RMS) of a product is a key indicator to measure whether it’s a high quality product.According to Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI),the RMS engineering capability of unit evaluation is obtained by defining the maturity level of RMS engineering capability and combining with the fuzzy judgment method.The equipment development organization can understand the deficiencies and weak links of the RMS work and realize the continuous improvement of its RMS engineering ability.
