摘要
针对低压成套无功功率补偿装置型式试验中的涌流在实际检测过程中由于检验要求不明确,导致试验数据受其他因素影响较大的问题,该文以GB/T 15576-2008为基础,采用标准比对、仿真与实际试验论证相结合的方法,研究短路容量、投切角度、电容残压对涌流值的影响。研究结果建议以装置的短路耐受强度认证申请值作为额定试验系统短路容量,以85°〜90°作为峰值投入的投切角度区间,最后一组投入的电容器残压值尽可能小或两次投入时间间隔应至少保证3 min以上,作为各第三方检测机构的规范统一的检验要求。研究结论完善了涌流试验的检验技术要求和检测方法,可为涌流型式试验提供重要的技术参考和标准依据。
Regarding the issue that the test data-due to the unclear inspection requirements of inrush current in type test of low voltage complete reactive power compensation device in the actual detection process-are greatly affected by other factors,this paper which is based on GB/T 15576-2008 studies the influence of short-circuit capacity,switching angle and residual voltage of capacitor on inrush current by means of standard comparison,simulation and actual test demonstration.It is suggested that the application value of short-circuit withstand strength certification should be used as the short-circuit capacity of the rated test system.Next,it is better to take 85 °to 90 °as the switching angle range of peak input.Finally,the residual voltage value of the last group of capacitors should be as small as possible,or the time interval between two operations should be at least 3 min.All of this had better be the standard and unified inspection requirements of the third party testing organization.The conclusion of this research helps improve the technical requirements and detection methods of inrush current test,which can provide important technical reference and standard basis for inrush current type test.
