进口电子电器产品可再制造性评估方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 我国法律规定,对使用年限超过预期寿命的产品进行再制造是循环经济的重要内容。用于再制造的电子电器产品,覆盖面广、拆解难度大、对环境风险高,目前我国还没有对其可再制造性进行规范评估的方法或标准。为维护国门安全,海关等政府管理部门亟需一套有效的评估方法,对它的可再制造性进行评估。本文采用数据和检测两类手段,从信息评估、可接受性评价、成品验证三个阶段,对进口再制造用途电子电器产品进行评价,期望能为政府相关部门提供决策参考。 According to Chinese law,the remanufacturing of products whose service life exceeds the expected life span is an important part of the circular economy.Electronic and electrical products used for remanufacturing have a wide coverage,difficult to dismantle,and high environmental risks.At present,my country has no methods or standards for normative assessment of their remanufacturability.In order to maintain national security,government management departments such as customs urgently need an effective evaluation method to evaluate its remanufacturability.This article uses data and testing methods to evaluate imported electronic and electrical products for remanufacturing purposes from the three stages of information evaluation,acceptability evaluation,and finished product verification,hoping to provide decision-making reference for relevant government departments.
