This paper introduces a method to research the overflow alarm of automatic washing machine,combines the theoretical analysis and the test results in the laboratory,confirms the cause of the fault by analyzing the software and hardware.Finally,the overflow fault control logic and the liquid level sensor in-plant inspection methodto optimize the solution.
