According to the investigation,the fully premixed condensing gas-fired heating boilers is easy to cause burner and heating coil blockage in the Chinese market,which seriously affects the service life.Based on the analysis of the selection,structure design and practical application of the air filter device,this paper puts forward the important role of the air filter device in improving the environmental adaptability of the fully premixed condensing gas-fired heating boilers.At the same time,it monitors the blockage of the air filter device according to the change of wind pressure,and sends out maintenance reminders in time by optimizing the control program of the condensing boiler,so as to improve the quality of the fully premixed condensing gas-fired heating boilers The market adaptability and service life of the boiler are improved.
